He attended medical school at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center (LSUHSC), where he also completed a surgical internship and anesthesia residency. Following residency, Dr. Ellender served as an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at LSUHSC and has been in practice since 2012.
Robert Fitzgerald, MD

She attended medical school at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and anesthesia residency at the Albany Medical Center Anesthesiology Residency Program. Dr. Finucane also attended Duke University Hospital’s Pediatric Anesthesiology Program, where she completed a pediatric anesthesia fellowship. She is board certified in Pediatric Anesthesiology.
Michael A. Foster, MD
Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Foster received his bachelor’s degree in biology from St. Louis University in the Philippines and his medical degree from St. Louis University College of Medicine in the Philippines. He completed his internal medicine residency at the Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in New York and his anesthesiology residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Montefiore Medical Center where he also served as chief resident.

He attended medical school at The Ohio State University’s College of Medicine and also received a Masters of Business Administration from Fisher College of Business. Dr. Hollis completed his anesthesiology residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital & Clinics, as well as a general surgery internship at Riverside Methodist Hospital. He has strong clinical experience with all anesthesia specialties, particularly regional and pediatric anesthesia. His special interests include perioperative medicine and quality improvement.
