Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Ellender received his bachelor’s degree in anthropology from Tulane University of Louisiana.  He attended medical school at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center (LSUHSC), where he also completed a surgical internship and anesthesia residency.  Following residency, Dr. Ellender served as an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at LSUHSC and has been in practice since 2012.

Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Elizabeth Finucane received her bachelor’s degree in biology, with a minor in chemistry and Spanish, from Wake Forest University.  She attended medical school at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and anesthesia residency at the Albany Medical Center Anesthesiology Residency Program.  Dr. Finucane also attended Duke University Hospital’s Pediatric Anesthesiology Program, where she completed a pediatric anesthesia fellowship.  Dr. Finucane is a board eligible anesthesiologist. 

Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Fitzgerald received his bachelor's degree in biochemistry from the University of Tennessee and his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Wake Forest School of Medicine, where he also served as chief resident. He has strong clinical experience with all anesthesia specialties.

Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Foster received his bachelor’s degree in biology from St. Louis University in the Philippines and his medical degree from St. Louis University College of Medicine in the Philippines. He completed his internal medicine residency at the Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in New York and his anesthesiology residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Montefiore Medical Center where he also served as chief resident.

Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Germeroth received his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Clemson. He went on to complete his Medical Degree at Medical University of South Carolina where he also completed a surgical internship. Dr. Germeroth completed his anesthesiology residency at the University of Florida.

Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology in both anesthesiology and pain management, Dr. Green received her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her medical degree in biochemistry from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She completed both her anesthesiology residency and fellowship in pain management at Duke University Medical Center.

Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Hollis received his bachelor's degree from Tennessee State University. He attended medical school at The Ohio State University’s College of Medicine and also received a Masters of Business Administration from Fisher College of Business. Dr. Hollis completed his anesthesiology residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital & Clinics, as well as a general surgery internship at Riverside Methodist Hospital. He has strong clinical experience with all anesthesia specialties, particularly regional and pediatric anesthesia. His special interests include perioperative medicine and quality improvement.

Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Stephen Houser earned a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and his doctorate of medicine from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine.  He completed a preliminary medicine internship at Christiana Hospital before completing anesthesia residency at Harvard’s Beth Israel Hospital. 

Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Howze received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Davidson College and her Master of Public Health degree from Dartmouth College. She attended medical school at East Carolina University School of Medicine and anesthesia residency at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota.  Dr. Howze is a board eligible anesthesiologist.

Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Jackson received her bachelor’s degree in nursing and mathematics from Duke University and her medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. She completed her anesthesiology residency at North Carolina Baptist Hospital and her fellowship at Wake Forest University School of Medicine.

He completed his anesthesiology residency at the University of Florida and a cardiothoracic anesthesiology fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital. He has strong clinical experience with all anesthesia specialties, particularly cardiac, pediatric and regional anesthesia.

Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and has more than 23 years of experience in anesthesia, with special interest in obstetric anesthesia.  Dr. Odddono attended medical school at the University of Pisa School of Medicine and Surgery, an internal medicine internship at Union Memorial, and anesthesia residency at the University Medical System in Baltimore, MD.  In addition, he also completed a pain management fellowship at Bowman Gray School of Medicine.

Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Rose received his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He completed his anesthesiology residency at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
